Students Info – Documents To Be Submitted
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH
THE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
1. Two attested copies of the S.S.L.C.(First page containing date of birth and the page with marks secured by the applicant) P.D.C./B.Sc/B.A/B.com/ any other certificate(s) showing additional qualification(s).
2. One copy of the conduct certificate obtained from the institution where the applicant studied previously.
3. One copy each of any other certificate(s) showing any additional qualification (s) the applicant possess. (This includes extra-curricular activities also).
4. One copy of the caste certificate, in case of applicants belonging to the Schedules Caste/ Other Eligible Community.
5. Five Copies of the passport size photograph.
