Diploma (AICTE) Course – CIVIL Engineering
The Institution of Civil Engineers ( India) Headquarters at New Delhi organized three year Diploma in Civil Engineering all over India. ALL India Council for Technical Education (AICTE, New Delhi) the governing body of all technical education in Indian approved the courses equivalent to any other Diploma for the purpose of employment to the posts and services under Central Government in the appropriate field. So, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC, New Delhi) permitted the certificate holders of diploma in Engineering to participate their examination including U.G.C. Ministry of Human Resources and Development, AICTE,D.E.C., and other competent authorities for the purpose of government employment. Moreover, the Higher Education Department of Kerala Government recognized the civil Engineering course equivalent to other similar Diploma course offered by the state.
The Institution of Engineers prefers International I.T.C. Mannar as a Campus to conduct three year Diploma course of Civil Engineering . The minimum qualification of candidates for admission to the course is a pass in SSLC and no entrance examination. The candidate who passed the NCVT/ KGCE course in civil related subjects have only two year to complete the course and for appearing the final examination of the Diploma. The aim of the fully job oriented and an average student can pass the examination. Both male and female candidates are admitted for the course.
