The institution is permanently affiliated to N.C.V.T. (Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India) and conducts the Craftsman Training Scheme in certain engineering and non-engineering trades. The institution is also recognized by the Government of Kerala to conduct K.G.C.E. two years courses. (Directorate of Technicl Education, Trivandrum).
